Welcome to ThickChicCurvy Club! We’re so happy you’re shopping with us. Please take a moment to review our Shipping and Returns Policy below.

 

All orders are fulfilled by Printful, our trusted production partner. Each item is made to order, which helps us reduce waste and promote sustainable production.

Please allow 2-5business days for order processing before shipment.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped and typically arrives within 5–10 business days for UK deliveries.

 

⏰ Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

 

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your ThickChicCurvy Club purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 working days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (including tags, bags, and inserts).

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or swimwear.

  • How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@thickchiccurvyclub.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
